Handasat Al Saad Co. ranks first in Iraq in the supply, engineering design, installation, commissioning and operation (EPC) of major industrial projects — and in the investment of major cement, real estate, electricity, oil and gas projects.
Established in 2009 and registered by the Iraqi Ministry of Trade / Companies Registration Department under incorporation number 43866, the company has grown year after year in the Iraqi private sector, extending from execution into the ownership and operation of industrial assets.
The company holds a cooperation and partnership agreement with the State Company for Design and Projects Implementation (SIDCCO) for the joint execution of projects in Iraq, and holds investment contracts with the Iraqi Cement State Company — part of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals — for the rehabilitation, operation and upgrading of the Alnoura plant and cement plants.
